Terms and Conditions for Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Promotional Items Orders: 1. **Approval**: A digital proof will be provided for approval before production commences. It is impossible for a digital proof to be 100% accurate due to fluctuations in monitor appearance because of this, please review the written specifications for each imprint. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof and written specifications for accuracy in design, color, spelling, and placement. Once approved, changes may not be possible without additional charges. A preproduction sample approval is available upon request and maybe subject to additional fees. 4. **Payment Terms**: Payment terms are outlined upon order placement. Orders full payment before production begins unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. 5. **Production Time**: Production timelines vary based on order specifications, size, complexity, and current workload. Customers will be provided with an estimated production timeline upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability or unforeseen technical issues. 6. **Quality Assurance**: We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, minor variations in color, placement, and print consistency may occur due to the nature of the printing and embroidery processes. Such variations are considered acceptable within industry standards. 7. **Order Pickup/Delivery**: Customers are responsible for arranging order pickup or providing accurate delivery information. Additional fees may apply for shipping and handling. 8. **Returns and Refunds**: Due to the custom nature of screen printing, embroidery, and promotional items, all sales are final once production has commenced. Returns or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items. 9. **Intellectual Property**: a. Silkshop Inc. acknowledges that certain materials may be protected by copyright or trademark laws. b. The Client affirms that they own or have obtained appropriate permissions to use any copyrighted or trademarked images, texts, or materials provided to the Company. c. The Client assumes all liability for any copyright or trademark infringement that may arise from the use of materials provided to Silkshop Inc. d. Silkshop Inc. shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials provided by the Client. e. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Silkshop Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from the Client's breach of this Agreement or any copyright or trademark infringement. f. The Company reserves the right to refuse any orders containing images or materials that it knows or suspects to be stolen or unlawfully used. 10. **Liability**: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed and embroidered products, we are not liable for damages or losses resulting from errors in artwork, production, or delivery. 11. **Modification of Terms**: These terms and conditions may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms before placing an order. By placing an order with us, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
